QR Codes are becoming a creative and easy tool to get students and parents connected to the classroom. Last year was our first year where we really used QR Codes when our oldest daughter started kindergarten. Her teacher provided parents with QR Codes for her communication tools such as Remind and Seesaw apps. The QR Code was an invitation to join in her communication tools for the year.
QR Codes can be made easily online. I utilized the website QR Code Generator and provided a URL option as a source to generate my QR Code. There are multiple sources such as text, email, Facebook, etc which can be used to generate a code. Once you click create you will notice the QR Code generated to the right.
